Callpoint is looking for CSR with German or French
CallPoint powered by TELUS is a multilingual contact center and BPO provider, delivering high quality services since 2004. The company has got 1,200 positions across 4 delivery centers: Sofia and Plovdiv (Bulgaria); Bucharest and Craiova (Romania).
CallPoint is currently providing BPO services in +30 languages, primarily in English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. CallPoint is ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001:2005 certified and a PCI DSS compliant service provider. The Group delivery centers are highly secured, all based in A-class business parks and equipped with the latest contact center technologies.

RESPONSIBILITIES
● Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
• Process pick up orders
• Provide shipping information and quotations
• Trace packages and requesting proof of delivery
● Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
● The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfill customer needs
● Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using trained procedures that have been agreed upon
REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE
● Fluency in French or German
● Very good level in English
● Excellent communication skills
● Friendly, vivacious personality with demonstrated experience owning customer issues
● Self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
● Previous client relations experience it will be considered as a plus
