Operations Associate - German/French/Spanish

Our client is a global online provider of foreign exchange (forex) trading and related services to retail and institutional customers world-wide. The company has developed a large network of forex liquidity providers enabling it to offer competitive spreads on major currency pairs. Clients have the advantage of mobile trading, one-click order execution and trading from real-time charts. The also offers CFD products with no re-quote trading and allows clients to trade oil, gold, silver and stock indices along with forex on one platform. In addition, our client provides educational courses on forex trading as well as free news and market research through its website.
We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for full-time positions in the Operations department. Prior banking/customer service experience and a college degree in a related field are preferred.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform back office operations, activate accounts, process transactions (withdrawals, transfers, deposits), and post deposits (credit card, wires, online checks, bank checks)
Perform customer service functions and correspond with clients (via phone, live person chat, emails) while providing a one-call resolution for client issues
Liaise directly with Sales team in other locations
Translate business, financial, operational related documents
Other job related tasks and projects as assigned
Experience & Skills:
Must be fluent (C1; C2) in English and one of the following languages: German/French/Spanish
All candidates must be computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/Powerpoint)
Must have prior customer service or financial services experience
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced business environment
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
All candidates must be able to maintain confidentiality, determine priorities and follow up in a timely fashion
Must be a team player
Qualifications & Requirements:
BA/BS degree in a related field (preferably Finance, Business Management)
2 years of work experience in a related field
Working Hours: 12:00-21:00 Monday- Friday
