Our client is a leader in its area, providing global IT services to its customers and employing more than 10 000 professionals worldwide. We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join their Customer Support and Service Desk Centre in Sofia.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT WITH GERMAN
As a Technical Support Agent, you will be part of the company Global Support Team responsible for the external user support of the IT business applications of the company. Your role will be to communicate with end-users (mostly over the phone and email) and to resolve IT technical issues related to the performance and usage of various business systems.
We would expect from you:
• Experience as technical support in an international call centre/service desk environment
• Practical experience with Windows OS, XP, Vista, hardware and software installations
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer support skills
• Previous experience with Business Systems support, MS Office, MS Outlook
• Fluent German
• Excellent working level of English
* Please have in mind that in case of approval, the company will provide detailed induction training in the specifics of the systems to be supported.
