Customer support specialist with Hungarian language
Job duties:
• Providing technical support in Hungarian by telephone and via e-mail
• Identifying clients’ problems and propose solutions
• Entering clients’ issues details accurately and speedily into a system
• Handling clients with patience and respect
Requirements:
• Excellent written and oral knowledge in Hungarian;
• Good level of English;
• PC literacy: Windows OS, Outlook, MS Office, etc.;
• Customer orientated, assertive and motivated to take charge of both customer engagement and problem resolution;
• Analytical trouble shooting skills;
