IMPORTANT NOTE: We train our people best! No previous/specific technical experience is required!

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent command of one (or more) of the following foreign languages FRENCH, PORTUGUESE, SPANISH, RUSSIAN, ITALIAN, GERMAN, SWEDISH, DANISH, FINNISH, NORWEGIAN, DUTCH, GREEK, TURKISH, POLISH, etc.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of MS Office, Windows and Internet applications.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive technical support services to customers (pharmaceutical companies and life-science organizations) by resolving incoming telephone/e-mail requests.
• Organize and utilize all support resources provided including emails, documentation, contact lists, etc.
• Adhere to accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness in consistent customer care, quality standards and reporting requirements.
