TURKISH SPEAKING PROFESSIONALS
Your Responsibilities will be:
• To handle all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• To provide support and help to customers about company's products over toll free company telephone lines
• To communicate with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main Requirements:
• Excellent command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
TURKISH
+
FRENCH/GERMAN/SPANISH/ITALIAN/SWEDISH/NORWEGIAN/DUTCH
+
ENGLISH
• Ability to communicate with people and solving customer queries over phone or Internet
• Very good MS Office skills (MS Word/ MS Excel). Some MS Windows Administration skills will be great advantage
• Some experience in service sector or in call center will be great advantage.
