Our Client is one of the leading e-wallets offering online payment services to end consumers and businesses worldwide in more than 35 countries.
Because of the dynamic expansion all over the world and especially in Bulgaria we are searching for an Account Manager - Technical Support.
Your Profile:
• Excellent knowledge of the e-wallet industry
• University degree in IT/Computer science/related field or relevant experience
• Previous experience at a similar position
• Fluent English. German is an advantage
• Keen interest in online payments systems
• Self motivated, organised and detail oriented
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and organizational skills
• Ability to talk staff and clients through a series of actions face to face or over the phone/e-mail
• Technical Skills:
• HTML, XML, SQL, Web Services
• Any of: PHP, Perl, ASP, Ruby, .NET, Java
• Basic network knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, firewalls
• Good debugging and bug-fixing skills
Your Duties:
• To make ongoing effort to understand the systems and technologies used at the company and to keep in line with new product development
• To provide client support to merchants and resolve technical issues related to integrating the system on merchant sites
• To provide internal technical support to sales and account management teams and to work in close coordination with the quality assurance team
• To play an active role in the technical aspect of merchant integration
• To advise merchants on product features and integration options
• To maintain merchant support/integration documentation
