FRENCH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT
Easy Consult is a Bulgarian consulting company specialising in human resources management and development. We are dedicated to offering our customers easy and tailor-made solutions in personnel recruitment and selection. Our activity is based on License # 229 issued on 23.08.2004 from the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy.

For one of the future projects of our client, a leading multinational company, we are currently looking for:

FRENCH SPEAKING TECHNICAL SUPPORT AGENT

Your responsibilities:
• Communicate with French speaking customers and handle their inquiries
• Provide support via telephone, email and remote connection to solve the technical issues of the customers
• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using available resources
• Process and transfer orders, forms and applications in timely and accurate manner
• Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
• Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention

Your abilities:
• Excellent French language skills (both oral and written)
• Excellent Microsoft office skills and computer literacy in general
• Ability to work well in a team as well as independently
• Professional customer and communication skills
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details and stress tolerance
