We are currently looking for a motivated and responsible employee to join us in the expansion of the company at the position of:

HR Assistant

Main responsibilities:
• Conduct Internet research to locate resumes
• Create and post job advertisements
• Screen the received resumes and contact candidates via phone or e-mail.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates.
• Organize and conduct interviews with suitable candidates
• Support the administrative activities in the office
• Take part in the organization of assessment centers

Main requirements:
• University degree in Economy, Psychology, Business Administration or similar
• Fluency in English is a must; second language will be a strong advantage
• Interest in the field of HR consulting
• Proactive and creative approach towards the assignments
• Strong motivation and high level of commitment
• Computer skills and experience in MS Office /Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook/
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Attention to details, good planning and prioritizing
