SWEDISH SPEAKERS FOR A NEW SHARED SERVICE CENTER

Your main responsibilities will be:


• Actively monitor and collect outstanding balances based on aging reports by contacting each account by telephone/ letter
• Action accounts receivable requests
• Interface with various internal departments to resolve issues with regard to outstanding balances
• Report on a weekly base to senior staff 
• Responsibility for own portfolio of buyers in a specific country and business segment
• Liaise with colleagues from the Finance department, as well as with colleagues from various internal departments (Sales, Customer Care and Technical Support) and external customers
• Very good writing skills in SWEDISH  language
• Good command of English language


Requirements for the position:


• Excellent communication skills and problem solving skills
• Good computer skills – MS Office (Excel)
• Ability to organize and prioritize workload and work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
• Preferable working knowledge of financial systems
• Collection Experience is an advantage
